Greenwich coastal residence on Long Island Sound.
Major additions were made to the front of the home, including a new two
story foyer, conservatory, three car garage with rooms above, connecting
stair tower, and master suite additions. These have completely
transformed this stucco ‘Florida style Mediterranean’ into a shingle
style home. The rear of the house was stripped and shingled to match, and the pool house was remodeled and lowered to further enhance views of the Sound from the principal rooms in the rear of the house. The driveway approaching the house and the parking court were relocated. |
